Motherload is a classic mining game where you dig deep into an alien planet to collect valuable minerals. This fun and addictive game first came out in 2004 using Flash, but now you can enjoy it easily in HTML5.
How to Play Motherload
Start by digging into the ground to find resources. Your job is to collect minerals, bring them back to the surface, and sell them at the mineral processing plant.
In the beginning, your mining machine will have a small fuel tank and a small cargo hold. You’ll need to return to the surface often to refuel and sell what you collect.
Upgrade Your Mining Vehicle
With the money you earn, you can upgrade your vehicle! Visit the junk shop to buy better fuel tanks, drills, engines, hulls, and radiators. You can also fix your hull at the emendation station or buy extra fuel tanks and explosives.
Discover Valuable Treasures
As you upgrade your equipment, you can dig deeper where rare minerals like platinum and emeralds are found. If you reach around -1000 ft, you might even find religious artifacts worth $50,000!
